ShowCase Web Upgrade
On Friday, November 6th, 2009, the Showcase Web Client will be upgraded to a new version. As part of this upgrade, it will be necessary for your computer to allow pop-up windows from our website. When you search for cases in the updated version of ShowCase, cases that you view will open in a new window to allow you to open multiple cases without the need to repeat your search.
In order to open a case from the search results screen, you will need to double-click on the case you wish to open. To return to the search results screen, close the pop-up window containing the case details. If you wish to keep the current case open while opening another from your search results, you can click on the browser window with the search results and do so.
To assist you in this process, this page is designed to check for pop-up blockers. No information is gathered from your system during this process. The results are displayed only on your computer, and not transmitted to us at any time.

Unblocking pop-ups for the current website
To unblock pop-ups in Internet Explorer, look for the yellow information bar at the top of the webpage. It should appear much like the one shown below. Click on the information bar, then click "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site".
If your pop-ups are still being blocked, check for pop-up blockers in your toolbars or antivirus and security software. These commonly provide pop-up blocking as an anti-advertising measure, and can usually be configured to allow pop-ups from specific sites while still blocking unwanted pop-ups.
