ShowCase Electronic Attorney Access -

Privileged access to records not available to the general public is available for the attorney of record for a given case. This access is only available to individuals who are the attorney of record on a case or cases in Duval county courts. A valid Florida Bar number and card are also required to request privileged ShowCase access.

In order to request priveledged attorney access, please follow the procedure given below:

  • Complete the Request for ShowCase Electronic Attorney Access form below, but do not sign it.
  • Bring the completed form, along with your Florida Bar ID card to the Clerk of Courts Systems Management Office.
  • Please come during normal business hours and ask for Patrick Estalilla.

Once your request has been completed and received at our office, the request will be handled within 1-2 business days, and you will be contacted with your account information after the request has been approved.

Systems Management Office -

Our office can be found in Room 101 of the Duval County Courthouse on 330 East Bay Street in Jacksonville, Florida. The office is located in the back of Room 101 next to the Mail Service Center. Please refer to the diagram below for more information. If you need assistance finding room 101, please ask the uniformed security personnel for directions. A printable version of these directions is available below the access request form.
