Administrative Orders
The Clerkâs Office now provides an easier way to access Administrative Orders that have been entered between the years of 1971-1988. Administrative Orders entered between the years of 1989-Present can still be located through the Duval County Courthouse Law Library. In the future we hope to provide ALL Administrative Orders on one site. The historical Administrative Orders can be accessed here.
SRS Reports
In the interest of providing the most up-to-date information available, we have created a new section to host our latest SRS reports and amendments. As these reports are the most current information, they may not yet be reflected on the OSCA website or reports. As new reports become available, they will be posted in this section.
Online Foreclosures
Online foreclosure sales are now held at www.duval.realforeclose.com
Credit Card Payments
The Clerk's Office is accepting credit card payments in all departments, where applicable. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Note: There is a nonrefundable transaction fee. This fee is charged by the financial service provider. The description on your credit card billing statement will be MyFloridaCounty.com. Only debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
